Major tasks & responsibilities/主要职责：
2.1Keep,receive, pay out and record th ecompany's cash and bills and band deposits;deal with the eletronic and mail remittance.负责公司现金、票据及银行存款的保管、出纳和记录及电汇、信汇等有关手续
2.2Local and international payments.国内/国际付款事宜
2.3To assist accountant to book the voucher related to cash and bank and clear the AR,AP. 协助会计做好现金及银行的记账,及应收应付的清账
2.4To collect and keep the vouchers. 整理装订凭证
2.5To issue the domestic sales invoice and buy the invoice.开具内销发票及购买发票
2.6To assist financial manager to handle with other daily affairs related to finance and accounting. 协助财务经理日常工作

3.Content and scope of job 工作内容:
2.1Keep,receive, pay out and record th ecompany's cash and bills and band deposits;deal with the eletronic and mail remittance.负责公司现金、票据及银行存款的保管、出纳和记录及电汇、信汇等有关手续

2.3To assist accountant to book the voucher related to cash and bank and clear the AR,AP. 协助会计做好现金及银行的记账,及应收应付的清账
2.4To collect and keep the vouchers. 整理装订凭证
2.5To issue the domestic sales invoice and buy the invoice.开具内销发票及购买发票
2.6To assist financial manager to handle with other daily affairs related to finance and accounting. 协助财务经理日常工作
2.7To assist financial manager for annual auditing. 协助经理完成年度审计工作
2.8Backup for accountant:1.AR and AP,2.Monthly tax declaring issues.会计的后备者：1.应收应付；2.月度税务申报

Required skills, competencies and experience:岗位要求：技能，能力，经验
a.necessary education:必须的教育
1.graduated from accounting school or university 会计大学毕业
2.to be familiar with Chinese Accounting Principle and Accounting Law 熟悉中国企业会计准则和会计法规
3. fair English 基础的英语水平
b.Practical years of experience after above mentioned education:工作年限
at least 3 years of cashier experience
c.Required special skills:要求技能
1.can operate computer and use office software, such as excell, word etc.
2.SAP can be used
