Responsibilities:
· Installation and setup of our logistics software systems at the customers facilities
· Programming software customizations and configurations
· Organization, preparation and testing the software at the office
· Project related work with our customers, onsite and at the office
· Cooperation with other company departments located in Graz (development, planning, project management)
· Support of our customers during the startup phase
· Training and support of our customers on the issues related to the software and logistics
Position Requirements:
· Solid, completed IT education (technical IT college, university, or similar education)
· Work in a mixed Linux and Windows Environment
· Knowledge of SQL or PL-SQL (Oracle databases)
· Knowledge of C++ or JAVA
· Solid understanding of network infrastructures
· You are stress resistant, customer-oriented and have analytical skills
· Wide willingness to travel, 70 - 80% (interventions worldwide)
· Fluent spoken and written English
