1、负责组织制定整个供应链策略，协调各制造资源的合理分布和调配；
2、负责公司供应商管理、采购、物料生产管理、物流、仓储工序流程的优化；
3、实施供应商评审，负责原材料、成品供应的及时性和准确性；确保生产物料的采购质量、数量和及时运输的平衡性。
4、熟悉生产计划排程流程，有效针对销售需求预测，制定合理生产计划，确保无断货
