  Evaluate new supplier and do audit in supplier factory to check whether it can be qualified supplier for G&L together with Purchasing dept .
    Monitor supplier performance and make sure only qualified one that in our AVL can get orders .
    Solve supplier issues and follow up their improvement actions .
    Evaluate supplier monthly performance regarding as quality and cooperation .
    Summarize the incoming material performance and monthly analysis .
    Communicate with supplier and charge them for defect cost .
    Made annual audit plan and audit supplier regularly .
