职位描述:
This role is mainly focus on local HR strategy implementation. Support all departments heads to strengthen organizational and people’s capabilities, and drive the actions to ensure the result. Also, this role will conduct or support relevant activities for culture promotion.
Responsibilities:
Drive local initiatives according to global HR strategy.
Conduct actions according to local business needs.
Make sure HR activities in line with business objectives.
Participate in interview process.
Give constructive feedback to business.
Conduct related assessment process if needed.
Conduct organization diagnosis.
Confirm development area with business.
Track periodical result.
Support local performance review according to HQ standard.
Help business to work out improvement plan.
Other activities needed.
Support on-boarding & off-boarding process.
Handle ER related cases.
Conduct activities regarding to associates’ engagement.
Keep stability of key positions associates.
Work closely with C&B to draft more attractive retention plan.
Support China region associates activities.
Complete other tasks from line manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of science.
Good understanding of organization diagnosis method and tools.
Proven background to conduct organization development plan.
Solid experience of ER and labor law related cases handling.
Good command of MS Office (especially PPT).
At least 5 years working experience in HR function. Prefer in T&D function.
Proven experience of T&D project conduction and implementation.
Proven experience of activities organization and implementation.
Fluent in English, both in spoken and written.
