职位描述：
Main job responsibility

1. Project quality management, attend project development (including sample quality
control), and submit PPAP to customer in time."
2. Process issue handling and QRQC activity
lead to analysis the root cause and work out action plan, follow up the execution
and effectiveness of action plan."
3. Lead the complaint handling
3.1 Check with customer for detail info, go to customer side for confirmation
when necessary.
3.2 containment action.
3.3 Root cause analysis
3.4 Long term action plan
3.5 Validation of action
3.6 Follow up the execution of action plan.
3.7 Finish 8D report and feed back to customer in time."
4. Perform process audit/product audit in time, and follow up the execution and
effectiveness of action plan."
5. Attend internal audit for quality system. Pre-audit before customer audit.
6. IMDS/CAMDS work
7. Other temporary works

Technic:
1. Knowledge of TS16949
2. Knowledge of process quality control and process abnormity handling
3. Knowledge of customer complaint handling

1. Good communication skill
