职位描述：
Responsiblities:
1. Responsible for solve facility related problems in time.
2. Support maintenance manager to make budget for facility management.
3. Support the facility installation in powertrain/industry plant.
4. Communication and manage the supplier for facility maintenance when necessary.
5. Create and improve the layout for powertrain/industry plant.
6. Follow the 5S and ESH rules in powertrain/Industry plant.
7. Responsible for manage the facility performance.
8. Responsible for planning and implement preventive maintenance for facilities
9. Ensure all facilities uptime
10. Monitor and analysis utility usage
11. Reduce energy consume
12. Responsible for writing relevant quality document related facility
13. Responsible for training the related person
14. Ensure the improvement actions complete on time.
15. Support and coordinate facility qualification
16. Support maintenance supervisor for facility history management

Job Requirements
1. Plant facility management experience, power system knowledge.
2. Familiar with AutoCAD.
