职位描述：
本岗位工作地点是江苏太仓
Responsibilities
- In charge of store team for daily routing work by procedure
- Responsible to assist in the arrangement of shipments in and out
- Prepare the required weekly and monthly shipment reports.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or required by Logistic team
- Distribute the daily work to line leaders according to the MPS\'S schedule.
- Training for team members.
- Manage WIP material status aligning production
- Coordination between store and production
- Manage team members for each shift, including: discipline, 5S, audit finding, follow up.
- Make the process more smoothly by Kaizen improvement.
- Attrition management

Qualifications
- College degree or above, at least five years working experience in related function;
- Min 5 years experience in warehousing related experience with 3 year management experience
- Familiar with the material handing process;
- Excellent management capabilities
- Good at planning and arrangement, Computer Skill, Communication skill,
- Good database experience and general analysis skill
- Ability to communicate in English
- Working with responsibility, motivation and team work
