职位描述：
Finance and HR manager;
Daily task:
·       Collect all the documents (ddt and payments) and send to GWA; we don’t have the Finance ERP system, our advisor do the ERP record and issue government reports;
·       Work together purchase office and sales in order to check the DDT and invoice; if are right or not;
·       Issue customer invoice and send them;
·       Prepare all the payments and send to GWA (GWA is our advisor in Shanghai);
·       Prepare weekly report about bank balance and overdue payments;
·       Issue the payroll; check new HR rules;
·       Help me and other colleagues to book some hotel or driver, not every day but sometimes we need;
·       Help me with my VISA or bank affairs;

 
Salary: around 8.000 rmb;
English: CET4 or CET6 (better CET6);
Probation period: 6 months;
 
I need one good girl, good teamwork skill. She has to be very flexibility. Here in China we are not a big company so she has to follow many thing, all related to Finance and HR. 举报 分享
