Facilities / Equipment technician
Responsibility:
1, Responsible for the overall management of company equipment and facility
2, Responsible for the installation and maintenance of equipment, regular maintenance of equipment and facility to ensure that in good condition
3, Have a response for the maintenance of the equipment and facility of the yearly, quarterly, monthly plan, and the spare parts purchase plan
4, Development of accident prevention measures, regularly organize the whole plant equipment inspection, make the records, and do appraisal work
5, Responsible for the management of water, electricity, the water and electricity installation and maintenance management
6, Responsible for the establishment and management of equipment files
7, Responsible for the development, implementation, practical equipment maintenance, maintenance system, and regularly or irregularly on the equipment safety supervision work
8, Do a good job of preventive maintenance, maintenance of equipment to reduce the downtime
Ability requirements
1. Diploma degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering, automation or related
2. More than 5 years working experience in maintenance and management of sheet metal plant
3. Familiar with the engineering machinery construction principle, have certain engineering machinery fault handling experience, mechanical design and mechanical maintenance experience, familiar with equipment maintenance, maintenance process and specifications and standards
4. Be able to repair and maintenance of engineering machinery and equipment and troubleshooting and be able to work in the field, skilled use of modern office software, Auto CAD and other graphics software, office equipment
5. Familiar with sheet metal processing technology is preferred

厂务/设备技术员
 一、主要职责：
 1、负责对公司设备和厂务全面管理工作；
 2、负责设备的安装和保养、维护工作并定期对设备进行维护，保证在用设备完好率达标；
 3、负责编制年季月度设备和厂务的预检计划，设备大中修，小修计划，备件申购供应计划。
 4、制定预防事故的措施，定期组织全厂设备大检查，作好记录，做好评比考核工作。
 5、负责用水、用电的管理工作和水、电设施安装和维护管理工作；
 6、负责设备档案的建立和管理工作；
 7、负责制定、落实、切实可行的设备维修，保养制度，并定期或不定期对设备进行安全监察工作；
 8、做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低设备原因造成停机时间；
 二、能力要求
1、大学专科及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、5年以上钣金工厂设备维护管理工作经验；
3、熟悉工程机械构造原理，有一定工程机械故障处理经验、机械设计和机械维护经验，熟知设备保养、维修流程及规范和标准；
4、能够对工程机械设备进行维修维护及故障排除并能从事现场工作，熟练使用现代化办公软件、Auto CAD等制图软件、办公设备。
5、熟悉钣金件加工工艺者优先
