职位描述：
1. 在各自的领域发展欧皮特业务
Develop Optibelt business in the Northern China area
2. 积极寻求新的分销合作伙伴，扩大我们的分销网络和市场份额
Actively seeking new distribution partner to enlarge our distribution network and market shares.
3. 对经销商进行产品培训，确保经销商接受培训并做好正确策略的准备
Conduct product training to distributor to ensure our distributor are trained and ready to compete in the right strategy.
4. 积极组织访问经销商最终用户和OEM客户
Active organizing joint visit with distributor to enduser and OEM customer.
5. 积极发展我们的直接和间接的OEM客户
Actively develop our direct and indirect OEM account.
6.收集和反馈竞争对手的信息
Collect and feedback competitior’s information.
7. 不断参与团队建设，为公司成长出谋划策
Constantly participate in team building and contribute ideas & strategy to grow.

职位要求
1. 30岁以上？
30 years old and above.
2. 机械工程师级别优先
Mechanical engineering degree is an advantage but not compulsory.
3. 至少3年同岗位工作经验
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity.
4. 强大的团队合作和动机
A strong team player and motivated.
