职位描述：
Job Description：
? Conduct and lead (after successful integration) the technical investigations in case of quality and process issues by using internal and external resources (Failure analysis).
? Work closely with purchasing department in Taicang and material development in Germany to develop and evaluate new raw material suppliers for all product groups in Mubea Taicang, mainly hot-rolled spring steel wire, cold-rolled flat material. The target is to find good suppliers and help them to meet Mubea’s specification
? Organize all relevant tests internally or externally
? Summarize material validation report periodically
? Negotiate with current raw material suppliers for technical agreement and work closely with them to assure quality
? Support engineering and quality teams to get approval of new material suppliers from customers
? Organize technical discussions with existing material suppliers for quality issues from technical perspective.
? Support the laboratory in case of failure analysis.

Job Requirement:
1, Engineering background
2, Material testing and validation working experience
3, Knowledge of steelmaking process
4, Metallurgy, material science / engineering or related major
