Qualifications 任职资格 1. Academic学历 University Graduate Major in Engineering
2. Experience 工作经验 1. Min 4 years’ experience in after sales service, maintenance or technical support.
2. Ideal background would be in plastic material handling, injection molding, extrusion or compounding processes.
3. Job Skill-general 1. Can read English manual and technical documents.
2. Can read the electrical, compressed air and hydro- diagram
3. Can use CAD skilled.
4. Good experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance, etc.
5. Good communication and PR skills.

3. Travel up to 40% of working time within the PRC.

Job Duties

Pre-Sales 1. Can provide the solution to meet customer’s requirement both technically and economically
2. Promote and sell service contract and spare parts.
3. Provide technical support to sales.
4. Work with Sales, Engineering, Applications, Service Support
5. Repairing, testing and maintaining loan unit, warehouse and showroom equipment.
6. Provide AutoCAD drawing for project and fabrication drawings and equipment utility requirement data for the customers.
Post Sales 1. Performs field installation of equipment, technical installation, operation and maintenance, to include hardware/software maintenance support, in accordance with our customer specifications as directed by service manager or immediate supervisor
2. Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair problems associated with our company sold equipment, configuration, and usage.
3. Perform in-house or on-site service training for our company equipment.
4. Can solve the customer reported problems, and document them in the service report.
5. Follow up with customers / OEM’s complaints and servicing needs.
6. Provide technical support to the sales and application teams.
7. Acts as local on-site representative to customer’s organizations, developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
8. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
9. Maintaining all soft and hardcopies equipment instruction manuals and continue to update the latest manual.
10. Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
11. Provide AutoCAD drawing for project and fabrication drawings and equipment utility requirement data for the customers.
12. Controlling servicing tools and testing equipment, maintenance stores and equipment.
13. Provides general logistics and purchasing functions,
14. Continue self-upgrading on new equipment knowledge and technology.
15. As and when, service engineer are required to perform others areas of work within the company.

Daily 1. Study the manuals or other related information to upgrade the technical knowledge.
2. Contact existing customer regularly to get Motan equipments’ status and develop the relationship with customer.
3. Complete the customer equipment’s database.
