职位描述：
1. Policies and Procedures
- Implement related Facility policies and procedures in order to guide employees' work and improve department efficiency.
2. People Management and Development
- Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.
3. Planning and budget
- Implement internal maintenance function budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget; allocate target to subordinates & monitor their performance in order to meet the company's annual goal and target.
4. Organize the process of maintenance including rational personnel employment.
5. Take charge of all accumulation ducks costs in the maintenance.
6. Take charge of planning and co-ordination of the maintenance after P 172950.
7. Take charge of optimal production availability and smooth operational sequence that production.
8. Confine co-operation with production.
9. Take charge of safety, cleanliness and environmental protection.
10. Answer for the spare part availability and storage.
11. Answer for training courses of the coworkers.
12. Assign and administer of in-plant orders
13. Evaluate personnel appraisals provide and remuneration suggest
14. Plan and support of machines - misalignments and conversions providing documents for Audit's
15. Give technical support at the time of the construction and execution of the new projects.
16. Take charge on instruction of the superior special orders to implement, which belong in the nature after to its activity and/or itself devoted from operational necessity.
