职位描述：
Purchasing 采购工程师
1. Define Supplier Assessment Qualification Procedure and implement for each product
2. Define and implementation localization schedule
3. Perform market survey on different parts, send RFQ to potential suppliers and report finding to GM for decision
4. Ensure the good received are up to the quality standard
5. Work with Quality Control to monitor the performance of suppliers
6. Ensure purchasing are in line with the production schedule and practice JIT
7. Reduce the purchasing cost year over year
1. Inventory Management 1. Ensure our inventory can make the production and customers’ demand
2. Ensure no overstocking
3. Report slow moving items
