Major Responsibilities
1.M&P Process including Tungsten heavy mental ,powder blending and sintering setting up and feasibility review
2.Track and manage M&P process on-site and interface with various department/ engineering groups in cross-functional team to resolve product-related issues from technical side.
3.Process optimization, parameters/equipments/compaction tools, fixture and OPC Preparation.
4.Participating in the value engineering/analysis to improve products quality and reduce manufacturing cost.


Qualifications
1.bachelor or above degree in engineering, majored in powder metallurgy or material engineering science is preferred
2.Responsible, independent, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure and good team player.
3.Good computer skill at MS-Office, CAD.
4.English well in spoken and written
