职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1、Establish and maintain manufacturing specifications for finished products and raw materials. This needs to take into consideration our internal specification, Chinese GB standard and customer-specific specifications
2、Investigate customer quality complaints and recommend corrective and preventive actions
3、Lead and coordinate audit from customer, government and other third-party
4、Assist in training production, logistics and sales staff in QA/QC procedures
5、Conduct laboratory analysis for product certification, both directly and through the use of subordinates
6、Conduct audits to ensure packaging and raw material suppliers fulfill our expectations, ensure that bag and label graphics are developed and updated to meet regulatory guidelines
7、Responsible for recommendations, advice, and assistance in establishing practices and procedures for process control in production units, including development and maintenance of HACCP plans
8、Coordinate with application of manufacturing license (SC)

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
1、Food Science degree or relevant discipline with more than three years’ working experience in food or food ingredient manufacturing operation
2、Experience of leading or coordinating customer/third party audit in production sites
3、Solid chemistry background that will be able to understand and set specifications for various raw materials. Be able to develop and implement testing method for both raw materials and finished goods.
4、Deep understanding and experience with certification of various quality system such as BRC and ISO
5、Experience with QS (SC) paper work
6、Experience with Kosher and Halal application (not required, a plus)
7、Proficiency in English a plus
