Responsibility：
-TPM; develop a PM-Plan together with the equipment supplier and ensure the implementation of the individual tasks.
-Analyze Downtime Reasons and define actions for continuous improvements to increase the Equipment availability.
-Ensure 5S in the maintenance area, equipment and equipment surroundings.
-Communication with original Equipment manufacturer as well as with the central functions in Asia and Germany.
-Understand and ensure the function of all implemented process monitoring systems, provide training to the Maintenance Technicians.
-Ensure that all hardware and parameter changes are recorded in the "downtime record sheet" and Machine Logbook.
-Analytical problem solving on production equipment, follow the escalation plan
-Review the wear- and spare parts with the original equipment manufacturer and ensure the availability of the needed parts.

Requirement：
- Bachelor Degree and 6-8 years related working experience
- Systematical way of problem solving (5why), work independently, analytical approach for trouble shooting;
- Electrical, mechanical skills and basic PLC knowledge;
- Experience in automotive supplying industry
 - Ability to read and understand electrical-, (mechanical-); hydraulic-; and pneumatic-drawings
- Analyze Equipment Downtime-Reasons and define corrective actions,
- Electrical knowledge in using electrical measurement devices (Multimeter)
