AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY 工作职责与权力

1) Keep the Assembly Lines running smoothly is the main responsibility

2) Check the Assembly Lines regularly and organize the repair work in time when find the potential risk

3) Check and summarize the daily maintenance record, analyze and organize the maitenance plan

4) Make analysis to the frequent breakdowns of the Assembly Lines and make technical improvement base on the analysis

5) Innovati on on work method, to improve the trouble shooting skill

6) Train the technician to improve the technical level

7) Organize and update the spare partss list

8) Finish the other tasks assigned by leadship

1）组装生产线安全、顺利运行保障主要负责人

2）定期检查组装生产线，发现已存在的或潜在的问题及时安排修理

3）负责审核汇总每日的维修记录，分析停机数据并制定相应的维修计划

4）对组装生产线频繁出现的停机进行分析，根据分析结果进行优化

5）积极改进工作方法，提高设备故障排除技术

6）负责设备维修技术员的技能培训

7）负责制定及完善配件计划

8）完成领导交予的其他临时任务

JOB COMPETENCY 岗位胜任力

1) Strong hydraulic knowledge 较强的液压原理

2）Good electrical knowledge 良好的电气原理

3）Basic PLC application knowledge 基础的PLC原理

4）Familiar with maintenance process 熟悉维修流程

5) Active work attitude 积极的工作态度

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 任职资格要求

1) Education Backgroud 教育背景：Diploma 大专

2）Absolute required mechanical maintenance experience above five years 必备五年以上的机械维修经验

3）Average English communication skills 一般的英文交流能力

4） Familiar with office softwares 熟悉办公软件
