1) over 3 years working experience in quality related field, familiar with production process of plastic parts.
有三年以上从事品质工作经验，对塑料产品生产流程有一定的了解。
2) Have VDA6.1/ ISO TS 16949 system internal audit experience.
有VDA6.1/ ISO TS 16949体系内审经验。
3) Familiar with 5 core quality tools (MSA, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP)
熟悉五大工具(MSA, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP)
 4) Skillfully use all kinds of measuring tools and measuring instruments;
熟练使用各种量具、测量仪器；
5) Good ability in Oral & written English
具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。

Responsibilities 岗位职责

1) Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP, Coordinate for specific products across quality functions. Participating in all relevant product development tasks, prepare sample submission complying with PPAP and customer specific requirement;
新产品的APQP和PPAP工作支持和协调。参与所有产品开发相关的工作，根据PPAP和客户需求准备样品提交；
2) Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection;
在操作中（包括质量检验过程和作业指导书）开发和执行过程质量控制管理体系；
3) Deal directly with customers on product problems, improve customer satisfaction;
在产品问题上直接与客户沟通，提高客户满意度；
4) Take responsible for problem solving for customer complains and internal quality issues. (5Why, 8D method etc.);
负责处理客户投诉和内部质量问题（5Why，8D报告等）；
5) Drive for process continual improvement activities, follow up corrective and preventive actions and non-conforming products control,;

Starting in 2007, Froehlich Plastics Precision Production (Taicang) Co., Ltd. is a member of Kunststoff Froehlich Germany Group. Looking back on a history starting in 1929, Kunststoff Froehlich has developed into one of the most important suppliers for all kinds of plastic reservoirs used in cars worldwide. Our three European plants are all DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, QA 9000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified. For our high quality standards and reliability, we were awarded as “Supplier of the Year of Continental Automotive Systems” several times. Besides being a supplier for the automotive industry, we also produce technical medical parts and precise mechanical parts.

We accompany new projects of our customers from the first idea to readiness for series production. Ideas of our customers are translated into plastic parts by our own development department, equipped with the most recent CAD systems. In Europe, we prepare all types of rapid prototyping parts for further investigations and initial testing. Then, our own tool makers also build the serious production tools. In China, we source tools and also work together with partners to injection mould parts. Now we are ready for production.
