Introduction
- HR consultant is responsible for personnel-activities in Taicang for the served SMTS Taicang. He/she is responsible for implementing operational HR topics as part of business strategy within the Strategy framework specified by SMTS, in the areas of resource management, competency development, Siemens leadership excellence, C&B, labor compliance, best practices and organizational effectiveness. Interface to other HR functions (KAM, SC).
What are my responsibilities?
1. Strategy Implementation
Implement HR strategy in accordance with the agreed targets defined by Location HR Operation Manager/KAM to guarantee the contribution of personnel operation to the company's success
2. Consulting
Business Partner of the location line mangers in the assigned area of responsibility
Focuses of consulting:
- Specialist consulting to generate alternative solutions for technical questions and problems that arise
- Coaching for partnership promotion of top-class performance and increasing management qualifications
- Support talent mangement and succession plan
- Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence.
- Ensure high quality and timely support to SMTS in Taicang in the process of target setting, budgeting, annual PMP, competency management,
- Consulting /coaching in management and leadership issues for location management
- Promote corporate culture. 3. Personnel Administration
- Support Service Centers and Strategy team to optimize administrative processes using available tools for efficient design of the procedures.
- Functioning as an HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees and managers in SMTS.
4. Project Works
- Involvement of HR project initiated by KAM/Location HR Operation Manager to ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Professional experience in the personnel field preferably in operational personnel business or a comparable activity. At least 3 years as Associate Personnel Consultant or specialist in MNC including 2 years of recruiting - Involvement in projects
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good in speaking and writing English Taicang Local candidate preferable
