?Fully responsible for Environment, Healthy, Safe issues of the company
?To establish, maintain and improve environmental, health and safety system to ensure an environmental friendly manufacturing facility
?Review safety practice, rules according to legal requirement and requirements from customers, group and government authorities.
?Communication to employees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement;
?Research and innovate the safety process with the cooperation of Production, Quality and Facility and Engineering Departments;
?Thorough investigation of accidents within the work place, find root cause and recommend actions to prevent safety hidden trouble;
?Be responsible for identifying EHS training needs and coordinating/conducting training to all employees and contractors;
?Improve staff awareness, behavior by developing and implementing safety training programs.
?Maintain all documentation in a systematic order.


Education/Experience:

?Bachelor degree in chemical environment safety or related engineering;
?At least 3 years working experience in EHS related field for multi international company

Qualifications/Skills:

?Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations and law
?Ability to maintain confidentiality and behave in a professional manner
?Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with superiors, co-workers, and individuals inside and outside the Company
?Independent, team spirit
?Able to work under tight Schedule
?Good skill in English and computer, familiar with MS Office. Rich knowledge of OHSAS180010, ISO14001 or special safety requirements
?Be able to negotiate, communicate, and resolve EHS issues with both internal and external constituencies.
?Ability to work under pressure / adverse conditions.

根据客户及政府的合法要求，回顾安全措施的执行情况。
确保公司雇员符合公司要求。
与生产、质量、工程等部门协商改进公司安全程序。

教育及经历：
本科以上学历，化学环境及其他相关专业。
欧美企业至少3年EHS领域工作经验。

资格及技能：
英语口语及书面能力熟练，熟悉OHSAS18000及ISO14000。
能够协调处理EHS方面内部及外部的问题。
