Working Task(details)工作描述:
? Be able to independently operate on CNC machines (turning machines, milling machines, shaping machines, hobbing machines)
能够独立操作数控机床（车床，铣床，成型机，滚齿机）
? Be able to create programs and fixtures for CNC machines (FANUC)
能够编写数控机床程序及设计机床工装夹具（FANUC系统）
? Be responsible for create machining process documents and work instruction ;
负责编制机加工工艺文件及作业指导书的创建；
? Be responsible for training production employees
负责培训生产员工
? Be responsible for tool and fixture design of machine and equipment, follow up schedule, acceptance and adjusting etc
负责机加工设备工装夹具的设计、进度跟踪、验收及调试等工作；
? Trouble shooting the problem during production and continue to improve the process;
负责机加工生产过程中相关工艺问题的解决及工艺的持续改进;
? Continue improve product quality and production efficiency, reduces scrap and rework rates.
持续不断改善产品质量和生产效率，降低报废以及返工率
? Strong operation ability, able to independently operating machinery, equipment and measurement tools. To guide and supervise the operators proper use machines, equipment, tools and measuring instruments.
动手能力强，能够独立操作机器设备及使用测量工具。指导监督生产人员正确使用维护机器，工装以及测量工具。
? 具备一定的质量管理体系知识，ISO9001及TS16949等相关知识。
Have a certain knowledge of quality management system ISO9001 and TS16949, etc.
? Positive, active complete other work assigned by superior.
积极主动的完成上级交代的其它工作。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
? college or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or equivalent; Good English in speaking and writing
大专（含）以上学历，机械制造或相关专业；良好的英语表达能力；
? Min. 3 years working experience in machining process related;
三年以上机加工相关工作经历；
? Be familiar with machining equipment and able to select proper equipment as per product and production requirement;
精通各类机加工设备，能根据产品和生产要求选用合适的加工设备；
? Be capable to select proper cutter for equipment and operate gages and checking fixtures;
具备刀具选用，量、检具使用的能力；
? Be familiar with related CAD and 3D software and other software and be able to programming;
熟悉并能使用相关CAD和其它制图软件，并具备一定的实际编程能力；
? Good communication ability and team working;
良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；
? Having a team spirit, sense of responsibility, professional dedication;
