Main tasks include:
1. Consistently engage with existing and new customers for presales opportunities.
2. Lead the planning and execution of project.
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
4. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
5. Develop full scale project plans
6. Manage project budget
7. Manage project resource allocation
8. Plan and schedule project timelines
9. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
10. Provide direction and support to whole sales team
11. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
12. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
13. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
14. Project evaluations and assessment of results

Royal Ahrend APAC, formerly Gispen China has been operating in China since 2004. During recent years, the company has expanded rapidly on the Chinese and Asian market and has outlined an aggressive growth strategy for the next few years.
