Service Engineer

The position would directly report to Service Manager, UG Loader, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

·负责SMC所有设备的机械安装,维护,调试和故障诊断等事宜,同时兼顾维护的实效性和最小成本化.

Carry out general mechanical duties, maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis work on SMC equipment, whilst maintaining availability and minimizing cost;

·坚持遵守SMC所有操作准则和步骤，特别是安全健康和环境准则.

Adhere to all SMC operation rules and steps, particularly health, safety and environment (HSE) rules;

·安装和调试SMC的机器设备，监督指导机器设备的维护.

Install and debug SMC machinery equipment, supervising the maintenance of them;

·指导客户使用机器设备，为客户提供技术培训.

Teach the customers to use machinery equipment, providing technical training for them;

·机器发运前进行调试，现场故障探测和排除.

Debug the machine before it runs. Detect and remove field faults;

·和销售团队紧密协作，做好客户满意度工作.

Closely coordinate with sales team, achieving customer satisfaction;

·负责备件销售任务， 具有备件销售的职责。负责向服务的客户、项目进行备件的推荐.

In charge of parts sales tasks and responsibilities. Suggest the parts required in the projects to the customers;

·负责备件推荐清单的跟踪，保持与客户相关采购人员的沟通和联系， 积极配合区域备件销售的工作.

Track the suggested parts and keep contact with customer’s purchaser, actively coordinating the sales in territories;

·根据预算和期限完成工作.

Complete the work in accordance with the budget and deadline;

·按时提供所有服务报告.

Provide all service reports timely;

·如果需要对新同事提供机器设备服务培训.

Provide new staffs service training of machinery equipment if necessary;

Your profile:

·本科学历或以上.

College degree or above;

·具备三年以上工程机械、矿山设备维修经验.

Minimum 3 years' related experience in engineering machinery and mining equipment maintenance experience;

·出众沟通技巧.

Outstanding communication skill;

·建立内外部良好关系.

Establish good internal and external relationships;

·与团队合作.

Good teamwork spirit;

·良好的调查和报告能力.

Good skills in survey and report;

·独立工作能力.

Independent-working spirit;

·良好的电脑和英文能力.

Good computer and English skills;

·具有C照驾驶证和驾驶经验.

Valid driver license in C preferred;

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
