Job Responsibility:
·Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design,
materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods
and quality control standards.
·Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines and manage department.
·Meet manufacturing target cost, control the consumption in cell like tools and accessories.
·WIP reduction and productivity increase.
·Continuous improvement in Lean.

Qualifications:
·BS Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree;
本科以上学历，机械或工业相关专业。
·Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, supervisory experience with responsibility of

disciplining, training and reviewing employees is a plus;
2年以上制造工程师工作经验（机械背景，不限行业，最好可以设计CNC工装夹具），有管理和培训班组长的经历优先考虑。
·Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point, and Lotus Notes

software;
办公软件熟练：Word, Excel, Power Point, and Lotus Notes
·Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking;
英文读写熟练。
·Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills;
工作勤奋，团队合作意识，及良好的沟通能力。
·AutoCAD Release 14.
AutoCAD熟练。
