机械设计工程师 Mechanical Design Engineer.

Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry. The position would directly report to Mechanical design manager, Engineering Service Department. Below please refer to the job description:

Job Purpose:
· 根据设计部经理的安排对项目销售进行售前技术支持；
· Providing technical support for sales and after market activities following the work arrangement of the manager of engineering department
· 根据项目部提供的项目总进度提供详细的设计进度，接收/发放生产图纸, 维护采矿系统中国事业部的图纸公共盘,参加与客户的设计联络会，参加与钢结构供货商的开工会和中检会，参加与客户/安装公司的安装开工会；
· Provide detailed engineering schedule according to general project schedule from project manager, receive/issue of drawings; maintain the drawings public folder of Mining Systems China on the server; Attend the design liaison meeting with client, attend the kick off meeting & intermediate inspection with steel structure supplier, attend the erection kick off meeting with client/erection company;
· 负责与国外有关技术中心联系协调设备详细图纸；
· Responsible for coordination with global Tec Centre for the equipment detailed drawings;
· 负责与国外有关技术中心或其他销售区域协调编制&翻译设备使用维护手册/说明书;Responsible for coordination with global Tec Centre or other market areas for the preparation & translation of equipment operation and maintenance manuals / descriptions;
· 负责与国外技术部门/国外设计师的技术联络和沟通；在项目监造最初期，如果技术工程师时间及预算允许的情况下，在分包商的工厂对供应商的技术部门就图纸解读提供支持。Responsible for liaison and communication with the overseas technical departments /other areas designers; support technical department of suppliers in factory for drawings transformation at fabrication beginning, if qualified manpower is available.
· 负责设备竣工图的绘制和安装图的准备；
· Responsible for making the as-built drawings of equipment; Prepare the erection drawings;
· 与项目支持部共同负责技术方案、设备改造方案的制定；
· Preparation, in cooperation with the project support team, for technical solutions and equipment modification proposal;
· 为制造、安装过程提供技术支持，解决制造、安装过程中发现的问题；将制造、安装过程中发现的问题反馈给国外有关设计中心，要求其更改错误并改进设计；必要时向项目制造现场、安装现场提供技术支持；
· Provide technical support in manufacture and erection process; Solve problems raise in manufacture and erection period. Communicate with other related global TEC center regarding the feedbacks from workshop and jobsite to correct drawing mistakes & improve future design; Whenever necessary, providing related technical support at manufacturing and related technical support at erection jobsites;

Key performance areas:

· Understanding complete technical requirements and technical documents as per contracts with clients
· 按要求进行设备设计所需的各种计算，并编制计算说明书等
· Undertaking various calculations and compiling relative calculation description, etc., which are required for engineering of machines.
· 对设备的设计方案进行分析，优化选型等
· Conducting analysis and optimization for engineering plans of machines, etc.
· 详细的设备图纸设计
· Detailed engineering of drawings for machines
· 必要时与技术中心/用户就设备技术方面的问题进行沟通和澄清
· Communication and clarification with the Technical Centre and/or customer for any technical issues related with the machinery engineering
· 参加设计联络会并准备技术资料
· Participation of design liaison meetings and preparation of relative technical documents.
· 安全管理Safety management:
· 设备的设计中要全面体现公司的EHS理念；
· Assuring that the concept of EHS shall be fully considered during engineering of machines.
· 进度和质量管理Scheduling and quality management:
· 根据项目经理制定的项目进展总体计划，及时完成相关设备的设计任务
· Making general engineering schedule following the request of project managers, as well fulfilling relative engineering work in a timely manner.
· 协调和沟通Coordination and communication:
· 充分理解用户合同技术要求，积极与各方进行全面细致的沟通交流，努力保证最终设计完全体现和满足用户要求
· Assuring fully understanding of the technical requirements as per contract with clients, being active in overall and detailed communication with all parties concerned in order to meet and reflect fully the customer’s requirement as per the contract.
· 资料管理Documentation management:
· 编制完成设计文档（包括设计说明书、设备使用维护手册，设备安装指导书等） Preparing and compiling relative engineering documents (such as: engineering description, operation and maintenance manual, as well as erection manual for the relative machines, etc.)

Your profile:
· 机械设计专业本科及以上学历
· University graduates or higher degree for mechanical engineering;
· 熟悉露天采矿和物料输送设备的构造和原理
· Familiar with the structure and principle of open pit mining and material handling machines;
· 三年以上相关或类似设备设计经历，（熟悉重型机械设备钢构设计者优先）
· Three years or more experience in engineering of similar machines (priority shall be applied for those candidates, who have experience for engineering of steel structures of heavy duty machines;
· 熟悉设备钢结构设计的国际、国内标准，了解国内目前设备钢结构的生产制造工艺Familiar with international and Chinese standards for engineering of steel structures for machines and with knowledge of local fabrication process for steel structure.
· 熟练使用各种设计绘图软件
· Master in various design software for drawings;
· 具备良好的英语书面和口语交流能力
· Good capability of communication in oral and written English;
· 身体健康，能够适应经常出差的工作需要
· Be in good health, and prepared for frequent business trips;
