Our client is a famous foreign enterprise in automobile parts industry in Jinan.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead mfg process design for new products into the C&B VS;
Provide manufacturing technology expertise in key processes - both in-house and supplier related and help cost, quality and delivery improvement efforts as per C&B BUSCM requirements.
Assist VA/VE improvements with suppliers and kaizen improvements in operations and at suppliers.
Support 3P in product transitions and site technology and assets leader in equipment maintenance & modification as needed. Leverage knowledge from ISC Group Manufacturing Technology (GMT) team and site LPO.


EXPERIENCE:

3+ Yrs process/manufacturing technology experience

PROFILE:

Mandatory
Engineering Graduate (ME,EE)
University Graduated
Good English
Familiar with TS quality tools, e.g. FMEA

Preferable
Machining, Casting, Welding, Molding, Stamping, Testing
Lean exposure
