Position Title: Production Manager

Location:Taian China

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility of the daily surveillance for compliance of EHS operation in respective area.
• Attend monthly EHS leadership team meeting and monthly plant tour punctuall.
• Set up and implement dept objective in line with company strategy.
• Design and optimize the production process to improve the productivity
• Participate the product industrialization (new product introduction) program, be responsible for the problem collection and feedback, where appropriate, shall define and implement effective measures to fix production line responsibility related problems.
• Arrange the manufacturing resources according to the production plan, organize effectively production, produce quality products on scheduled.
• Team leader for lean production deployment in company.
• Ensure safety of personnel through proper manufacturing procedures, housekeeping and training to maintain a safe and clean environment and the compliance with all local regulations.
• Master the status of production plan and WO. Coordinate with production planer timely and effectively and offer constructive advice to production planer
• Be responsible for compilation of work instruction with, training and make sure operators’ behavior compliance with the work instructions and procedures.
• Coordinate with equal Dept. to ensure the good maintenance function and efficiency.
• Work with quality dept to continue improves the production quality to exceed the customers’ requirement.
• Prepare the dept budget and control the cost.
• Organize and induct team member make continuous improvement plan for operation and quality, reduce manufacturing cost, improving quality and satisfying customer requirements Understand process (common way of working) and systems used.
• Maintain effective workshop management, material, semi-manufactured, finished products, rework parts, scrap parts should be at right place and organized with clear sign according to the production layout. Workshop area should be clear without overdue material inventories and be responsible for the regular production inventory taking.

Qualification:

• University degree, engineering background preferred.
• Above 5 years work experience and 3-5 years supervisory experience in related fields, preferable JV experience, self-starter, work under pressure, presentable.
• PC skills, good presentation and organization skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Must understand business process and importance of teamwork and communication.
