职位描述
Our client is a famous American-owned chemicals company.
Job Duty:
·Manage local business systems, infrastructure, technical resources, assets, licensing &
compliance, contracts, vendors associated with site locations in their day to day duties and
responsibilities.
·Conduct goal setting and performance review for any direct reports in accordance with the
Headquarter Management Process.
·Alignment of Headquarter global strategies with local strategies.
·Ensure site compliance with Headquarter global controls, standards, policies and ways of working.
·Coordinate and manage sites annual IT budget.
·Maintain close working relationship with primary business process contacts within each operations business unit; functioning as main IT contact for receiving technology related requests and providing status updates.
·Identify business needs and provide guidance to primary business process contacts for effective utilization of technology.
·Plan and facilitate requirements gathering and design walk-through sessions.
·Document business requirements and create functional specifications in support of the requirements.
·Maintain an analysis library containing requests, requirements, systems documentation, functional specifications and other pertinent documents.
·Research, validate and prioritize all requests for system/reporting enhancements.
·Work with internal IT team members, as well as external software vendor consultants, to
communicate business needs and determine best possible solutions.
·Assist in the development of testing scenarios and facilitate user acceptance testing.
·Maintain an in-depth knowledge of pertinent ADAGE data structures and core functionality.
·Develop and adhere to data collection, analysis and documentation standards, procedures and
guidelines.
·Work in conjunction with primary business process contacts to provide consistent and comprehensive business reporting requirements.
·Coordinate with local IT support company for infrastructure support.
·Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
·Proven track record of Information Systems management capabilities.
·Extensive experience in business and data analysis in an ERP environment using proven
analytical and problem solving skills.
·Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with business process leaders and IT team
members.
·Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
·Experience conducting focused sessions to identify business requirements.
·Good working knowledge of all phases of Project Development - Analysis, Design, Development,
Testing & Implementation.
·Experience with ERP systems required.
·Team player, self-motivated, results oriented, and flexible.
·Minimum of 7 to 8 years experience in business/systems analysis.
·Must have functional knowledge of business areas.
·Business Degree in Information/Computer Science or a related discipline required.
