Position Title:Project Sourcing Leader – Sandvik JV in Shandong

Location: Xintai, Shandong, China

Report to: Project Sourcing Manager

Key responsibility:

• Penetrate to build up core team to identify company needs, creating visibility, building understanding, ensuring networking and ensuring buy-in;
• Leading the team to secure success project implementation, and meet agreed target, like localization rate, cost deduction rate;
• Tracking and reporting project progressing and generate regular reports;
• Control project documentation flow and maintain project data;
• Execute continuous cost down program of each Product line, by leading re-sourcing, supporting on re-engineering and optimizing supply chain;

Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years’experience in sourcing/R&D/Project management, especially preferred leading cross functional projects or transferring projects;
• Have solid knowledge in steel structure and manufacturing standards in Europe /China;
• Strong Project implementation capability;
• Experience with similar machinery industry;
• Excellent communications and team developing skills required;
• Very good spoken and written English;
• Bachelor degree in Mechanism/Automation or related fields in engineering, Master’s degree preferred.

Cross function team, Category Sourcing Engineers, purchasing and logistics, R&D, Engineering and Production Department.

Work together with Global team and HB, responsible for projects implementation.

External:

Supplier’s sales managers, production managers, quality managers
