Specified Responsibilities
1.Strong support the production and customer service;
2.Make sure the products meet required specification；
3.Organize and direct process continues improvement in order to produce more competitive productive products at a low manufacturing cost and short time and customer acceptance quality；
4.Improve the production efficiency and capability；
5.New product production preparation；
6.Enhance Standard Work Procedure (Safety, Quality, Process instructions)

Authority
1.Job arrangement for the subordinate.
2.Supervise and performance measurement for team member

Normal Minimum Position Requirements
1.Education/Training Experience: University or above, major in Mechanical and 2.Engineering, good communication skills in English.
Working Experience: Minimum 8 years experience with design, in product design and new product development.
3.Specialty Knowledge: Mater Non Standard equipments, tooling and fixture design and application; Master metals machining, welding and automation; Familiar with Machines application and specialties.
4. Ability: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good ability on scheme and implementing.
5. Others: Computer literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, solidwork and so on.

工作职责
1.领导和评估设计及工艺工程师团队，在规定时间内高质量的完成图纸设计、工艺路线确认、样品制作、及生产导入工作；
2.参与部分复杂项目的开发及成本控制工作；
3.控制部门预算及费用；
4.改善研发部门的流程，提升部门工作效率、规范性和有效性；
5.关注行业内部动态，为设备、技术、系统等投资提供技术方面的专业意见；
6.负责部门内员工的日常管理、技术培训和个人发展，保持一个稳定的研发工程团队；

任职资格：
1.大学本科或以上学历，机械类相关专业；
2.10年以上在外资企业的设计、工艺工作经验，至少3年以上的部门管理经验；
3.熟悉材料成型、焊接、机加工工艺流程，熟悉冲压模具和CNC加工中心，对注塑模具有足够了解，对电镀和表面处理有一定的经验；
4.对于DFMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, 8D等常用工具有长期的实际运用经验；
5.英语口语和书面能力熟练，可与国外客户进行正常技术交流；6.能够承受工作压力，结果导向；
7.有汽车零部件行业工作经验者优先；
