Overall Purpose of Job:

Be responsible for a range of tasks in new product development / transferring products engineering application in plant.

Major Responsibilities:

·Design,communicate and implement an operational plan for completing the new product or transfer products,including to release ECO(Engineer change order) and create BOM.
·Plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the products application. This may include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications etc.
·Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (for example engineering, drafting, technical) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the products.
·Select, and manage the activities of, outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the products and t hat the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
·BOM and ECO updated.
·Other assignment by Manager.

Key Competencies:
·Good communication / negotiation skill in local language and English
·Good coordination /Good teamwork
·Good problem-solving ability
·Be able to face challenges and work under pressure.
·Solid engineering knowledge.
Education and Experience:
·Mechanical engineering at bachelor degree or above
·At least 5 years experience in Engineering area, especially in field of DRIVE system parts.
·Solid knowledge on Engineering
·Know the quality management system such as ISO 9000 and ISO/TS16949 and 5 tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA etc.
