Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain sales business for the China domestic market.

· Establish sound customer relationships.

· New customer development.

· Compile quarterly and weekly customer visit schedule.

· Compile customer visit reports and implement actions.

· Compile the weekly sales forecast and achieve the sales budget.

· Report and follow-up on customer complaints

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree of Materials Engineering – preferably non-Metallurgy

Added advantage: Degree in a commerce discipline – preferably marketing

Relevant Experience:

· Minimum 5 years experience in electrolytic Al industry

· Preferably with operational or technical process experience, specifically knowledge of and experience with cathode block.

· Added advantage: Knowledge of carbon and graphite based materials

Competencies Requirements:

· Willing to travel frequently

· Good networking capabilities

· Effective team player

· Action and results orientated

· Good interpersonal skills

· Excellent English communication skills

· Excellent knowledge of Excel, MSWord & Powerpoint and use of e-mail

工作职责:

· 开发和维护中国市场内的客户.

· 建立良好的客户关系.

· 新客户开发.

· 制定并完成每周、月、季度的客户拜访计划.

· 制定并实施完成客户的访问报告及采取的后续行动.

· 制定每月的销售计划并完成销售目标.

· 汇报并跟踪客户的投诉

学历要求:

· 最低5年的电解铝或阴极炭块业务从业经验

· 有生产或工艺技术方面的经验优先, 熟悉阴极炭块业务优先

· 额外优势：具备碳素和石墨等材料知识更佳
