Operation Finance Manager
Responsibilities
◆ Overall in charge Site Financial Planning/Analysis, Reporting, Forecasting, SOX, Internal Control, all other P&L areas;
◆ Presented forecasts, key financial reports with analysis, review with FC/GM/FIN VP/Group President monthly for business decision-making;
◆ Machines rate analysis and provide to Sales team for new business quotation. Follow up with operation team in new product launch;
◆ Capex management, and Invest analysis for new product and review with management for decision-making;
◆ Operation improvement, DL/IDL cost reduction plan review with Site GM, and follow up closely;
◆ Monitor monthly closure, Full P&L ownership for site, help site and BU to drive better business performance
Requirements
◆ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
◆ CPA Certificate or MBA degree is preferred
◆ Must have at least 6 years of Cost Accounting experience in a Standard cost-manufacturing environment
◆ At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within Finance department
◆ Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
