职位描述：
Essential Function 1: Handle costing calculation releated issue.
1 Calculate,maintain the proper standard cost and related conditions.
2 Monitor EVP, PPV from material cost and make necessary correction action
3 Analyze process order variance and Material revaluation monthly
4 Work together with team member to finish month-end closing
Essential Function 2:Finance Daily operation support and monitor
1 TP and info. Record maintain, ensure correct TP and info record in system,
2 Check related production cost centers expense monthly,
3 Monitor material movement in factory, make sure correct inventory movement and inventory balance.
4 Check sale records and monitor export business transaction
Essential Function 3:Handle Local Tax related issue.
1 VAT and export Invoice Issuer
2 Refund of tax monthly and prolong custom declaration to taxation bureau
3 Communication with local Tax bureau
4 other related Tax issue handle locally.
Essential Function 4:handle related local accounting/Treasury issue
1 Apply verification form from Local SAFE and do verification for oversea business transcation with local SAFE.
2 Collect all expense claim forms weekly for whole site. and delivery to SH finance center.
3 Support related foreign currency payment locally
4 Communication with local finance bureau for related issue,other issue handle locally from local bureau
Essential Function 5: Reporting and supporting
1 Prepare related management report /information with analysis and suggestion monthly,
2 Prepare MFR and Statutory report
3 Special business case analysis and business suggestion provided.
4 Annual budget preparation.
5 Internal control procedure monitor
6 Prepare CAR together with site managents
