1.前台接待，保持前台办公区，招待区，会议室等公共办公区的清洁，做好5S维护；

2.保持良好的个人形象，维护公司形象,日常访客接待；
4.为公司重要会议的提供及时有效的行政支持；
5.员工名片影印安排、订水、订餐、订酒店事宜；
6.公司快递收发；
7.每月办公用品采购汇总，分发等工作；
8.日常考勤检查和汇总；
9.协助办理员工入离职手续等人事手续；
10.各类账单付款申请，做好固定资产的登记；
11.协助上级组织公司各类活动，完成公司安排的其他临时工作任务。
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，专业不限；
2.良好的形象；具备优秀的执行力和主动积极性；
3责任心强，良好的学习和沟通能力；
4.乐于合作，重视团队精神。
