We’re looking for a full-time Quality Head to lead our China operations: someone who will start with a clean sheet of paper and define, implement and measure Quality standards for our China sourcing.

It’s a role crucial to our success as we democratize access to great kids clothing and shoes to a community of over 25 million Indian moms. We are building a brand that sets the benchmark for kids fast fashion and delivers consistently on quality.

In a nutshell
You’ll be part of an elite team charged with expanding sourcing capabilities across the globe.

Basically, you will be setting up quality guidelines from scratch. You will be building a team that will work with 500 vendors across China and ensure our sourcing adheres to quality benchmarks. In parallel, you will be setting a QC team and liaison across merchandising, operations, logistics and supply chain organizations.

You will lead the teams in all areas related to Quality, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance. You will be charged with building a strong team with the right technical knowledge, and secure quality in accordance with future needs and challenges. You will ensure that our suppliers comply with all related standards and requirements.

You’re good at
● Mandarin. Speaking, reading and writing fluently.
● Getting stuff done. Independently drive, own and execute – it is part of the culture.
● Planning & Details. You plan things down to a tee because you are detail oriented.
● Co-ordination and co-operation: Because, in the end, it’s all about teamwork.

You also have:
10+ years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of quality management (QC & QA), production and planning preferably with garment sourcing.

? Thought leadership to work independently and lead an initiative.
? Demonstrable experience working with various stakeholders and get a buy in horizontally and vertically across organization.
? A deep interest and background in garment sourcing
? English fluency
