职位描述 Position Description:
一、公关策略与传播部分PR strategy and communication :
· 负责DS品牌公关传播,并在传播中不断提升品牌形象,形成良好的舆论氛围与口碑
Responsible for DS brand public relations communication, and constantly promote brand image in the communication, form good public opinion atmosphere and reputation
· 负责公关年度及各阶段的传播计划、执行、与传播质量情况,达成公关传播各项KPI,形成简报;
Responsible for annual and staged public relations communication plan, implementation and communication quality, achieve the KPI of public relations communication, and finish the clipping report
· 分析公关传播环境,制定完善的公关传播策略,包括PR和EPR,以及整体预算控制
Analyze the public relations communication environment, develop comprehensive public relations communication strategy, including PR and EPR, as well as overall budget control
· 负责公关年度、季度、月度及专项计划的制订、执行、监控以及调整
Responsible for the formulation, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of public relations annual, quarterly, monthly and special plans
二、传播内容及文稿审核部分Communication content and manuscripts check and review:
· 负责内部品牌、活动、事件、QA等沟通指手册的制定与审核;
Responsible for formulating and reviewing the internal communication guide for brand, activity, event, and QA
· 负责审核传播稿件,审核各类媒体合作、专访、QA等稿件
Responsible for reviewing communication manuscripts and all kinds of media cooperation, interviews, QA and other manuscripts
三、媒体关系维护 Media relationship maintain :
· 负责KOL、核心媒体的沟通及关系维护
Responsible for KOL, core media communication and relationship maintenance
四、EPR:
· 负责论坛口碑维护、管理以及活跃度提升
Responsible for forum reputation maintenance, management and activity promotion
· 负责舆情监测及公关危机管理
Responsible for public sentiment and public relations crisis management
五、媒体危机管理 Media crises manage,:
· 媒体危机监控、处理;
Responsible for monitoring and deal with the media crises
六、团队、代理公司管理 Team and agency manage:
· 负责团队管理,以及公关代理公司管理
Responsible for team management and public relations agency company management
七、预算管理:
· 制定公关全年预算,各细项预算详细执行,预算计划,验收与核算结算价格。
Responsible for formulating the PR annual budget, the execution of each program, making the budget plan, check and accept the settlement price
八、试驾车管理 Test-drive car manage:
· 负责日常媒体试驾车管理
Responsible for the daily management of media test-drive car
主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
一、公关策略与传播部分 PR strategy and communication:
· 根据公关传播环境,制定产品、企业、品牌的年度PR和EPR公关传播策略、媒体策略和预算规划
Develop annual PR, EPR public relations strategy, media strategy and budget planning for products, companies and brands according to public relations communication environment
· 根据年度计划,制定相应的季度/月度传播计划
Develop relevant quarterly / monthly communication plan according to the annual plan
· 根据年度计划或市场需求,策划营销大事件(如车展、试驾、上市发布会、赞助活动等)的传播策略及实施方案,尤其是需要富有创新性的传播方案
· Plan the communication strategies and implementation schemes for marketing events (such as auto shows, test drives, listing conferences, sponsorship events, etc.) according to the annual plan or market demand, especially needing innovative communication programs制定日常公关传播计划,把控日常公关传播的执行以及效果评估
Make daily public relations communication plan, control the implementation and effect appraisal of daily public relations communication
二、传播内容及文稿审核部分Communication content and manuscripts check and review:
· 审核各活动后媒体合作稿件内容,监控报道情况,及时沟通更正有误报道
Review the media cooperation manuscripts content after the activities, monitor the reports and timely communicate and correct the erroneous reports
· 审核日常公关稿件、内宣稿件,并分享给各团队
Review daily public relations manuscripts and internal publicity manuscripts and distribute them to the teams
· 审核与各媒体合作稿件、专访稿件、QA稿件等
Review manuscripts cooperated with the media, interviews, QA manuscripts, etc.
· 制订并审核公关活动所需的沟通指导手册、领导演讲稿、专访安排、专访话术、拟定媒体邀请名单等
Develop and review communication guide books, leaders’ speech drafts, interview arrangements, interview speech, and make media invitation list for public relations activities
· 负责公关活动媒体部分的现场把控、协调以及反馈,出现问题及时应对
Responsible for the on-the-spot control, coordination and feedback of the media of public relations activities and timely response if there are problems
· 三、媒体关系维护 Media relationship maintain :
· 制定年度媒体关系维护策略和计划(包括全国范围内的媒体、意见领袖、以及论坛/新媒体意见领袖),按需进行媒体拜访、座谈
Develop annual media relations maintenance strategies and plans (including nationwide media, opinion leaders, and forum/ new media opinion leaders), visit the media and organize discussion according to demand
· 积极应对媒体日常采访需求,做好前期沟通并准备完备的采访QA,后续跟进报道进程、内容、质量,引导媒体按照DS传播规划的重点信息进行发布报道
Actively respond to daily media interview, communicate well in advance and prepare for interview QA, follow up and report the process, content, quality, and guide the media to publish and report in accordance with the key information of DS communication plan
· 重点媒体亲自邀约
Invite key media in person
四、EPR:
· 十大网站相关论坛的口碑维护和管理,并制定相应实施计划,提升重点论坛的用户活跃度
Maintain and manage the reputation of related forums of the top ten websites, and develop appropriate implementation plans, enhance the user activeness of key forums
· 关注与跟进各DS传播文章的尾翼情况,进行良好的维护与管理
Focus on and follow up the later situation of each DS communication articles, conduct maintenance and management
五、媒体危机管理 Media crises manage,:
· 建立危机的预警机制和工作方案,出现危机时,制定解决对策,并组织企业资源集中应对
Establish early warning mechanisms and work programs for crises, develop solutions to crises, and organize the company resources to response
六、团队、代理公司管理 Team and agency manage:
· 对公关代理公司进行品牌培训,对代理公司的人员、工作质量及效率进行有效管理与评估
Conduct brand training for public relations agency companies and effective management and evaluation on the personnel, quality and efficiency of work of public relations agency companies
· 公关资源(媒体和供应商资料)的管理
Management of PR resources like materials of media and suppliers
· 公关团队的组织和协调、下属的激励和培训
Organization and coordination of PR team, encouragement and training of subsidiaries
· 与产品规划、广告、促销团队的协调
Coordinate with product planning, advertising and promotion team
七、预算管理:
· 制定公关全年预算,各细项预算详细执行,预算计划;
Responsible for formulating the PR annual budget, the execution of each program, and making the budget plan
· 项目验收,并核算结算价格
Responsible for project acceptance ,check and accept the settlement price
八、试驾车管理 Test-drive car manage:
· 负责日常媒体试驾车管理,制定年度媒体试驾车运营策略和月度媒体试驾排期;定期检测车辆状态,及时维修与保养,定期检查处理违章情况;按照流程,妥善安排媒体试驾车交接,并做好交接记录;媒体试驾后,跟踪媒体试驾感受,确保试驾稿件内容正面积极
Responsible for the management of daily media test drive vehicles, develop annual media test drive vehicles operation strategy and monthly media test drive schedule; regularly test the vehicle state, timely repair and maintain, regularly inspect and handle vehicle violations; properly arrange the media test drive vehicles transfer in accordance with the process, and make the transfer records; after media test drive, follow up the media test drive experience, ensure that the test drive manuscript content is positive
考核指标 KPI:
1、 全年传播落地量达成公司要求 insure the communication clippings compliance the company requirements
2、 传播媒体价值达成公司要求 insure the media value of the clippings compliance the company requirements
3、 预算控制达成公司要求 insure the budget control compliance the company requirements
任职条件 Qualifications:
· 在汽车、公关行业方面5年以上经验, 有2年左右团队管理经验
At least five years’ experience in automobile and PR, two years’ experience in team management is required.
· 大学本科毕业
Bachelor’s degree
· 有广泛的媒介、公关资源
Have broad media and PR resources
· 出色的英语口头与书面交流技能,以适应国际化工作环境(包括国外行程、Formula E配合,以及国外记者来华接待等工作)
Excellent English oral and written communication skills regarding the international context of the job (such as paris trip, Formula E coordinate, trip from international DS KOL to DS China etc.)
