职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Define Quality Standards: Rapidly establish quality standards through outside-in competitor analysis and applying industry best practices. Work closely with the merchandising function to triangulate and help objectively define quality standards for the clothing and shoes businesses across Hopscotch:
o Competition: Proactively understand competitive landscape in the kid’s online and offline space
o Data analysis: Review historical performance of brands that have performed to define sizing, fabric construction, finishing, and packaging standards
o Customer: Conduct focus groups periodically, understand customer expectation, and define a point of view for the business
2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Design a quality assurance framework and process for 3rd party and private label vendors situated across the world. Work cross-functionally with vendors, operations, technology, customer experience, and HR organizations
3. People and process management:
o Work with the head of quality to ensure quality standards are consistently applied across global sourcing
o Hire and train a quality control organization in the warehouse

Key Skills Required:
1. Excellent thought leadership to work independently and head an initiative
2. The ability to handle senior stakeholders and deliver results. Ability to influence and get a buy-in vertically and horizontally across the organization
3. Excellent analytical and critical thinking communication and presentation skills; should be able to present facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates command of content
4. Ability to lead and conduct training programs for a diverse set of people across all levels in the organization
Desired Candidate Profile:
? A graduate of any field, preferably with exposure to the garment or textile industry and an understanding of apparel standards and certifications. Post-graduation is a plus
? Functional knowledge of Quality Assurance principles across manufacturing or retail is preferred. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt with project experience would be an added advantage
