职位描述：
全面负责公司品质部门管理，领导和培训IQC/SQE/PQE等QA团队并和其他部门合作，保证所有产品的来料、生产和交付达到公司要求的品质标准；
2、负责公司质量方针、质量目标的贯彻落实，维护和改进公司的品质体系如ISO9001，SGS认证等；
3、负责外协工厂质量目标管理，制定外工厂质量工作计划，并负责质量计划、质量指标的激励和执行；
4、组织、推动处理质量异常，牵头处理客户投诉与退货的调查、原因分析，并推动相关责任部门拟定改善措施，跟进客诉问题得到及时、有效的闭环解决；
5、负责对来料检验标准的制定、修改、定期评审，检查标准执行状况，并负责参与供应商质量保证能力评价、供应商质量规划评审等工作；
6、 定期召开质量成本会议，对公司的质量成本进行分析和改善，以推进生产质量改进计划的实施，改善产品的品质和可靠性，预防潜在不良品的发生；
7、 负责公司流程体系的建设与维护，并对各部门的工作进行内部流程审计，以完善和保证公司流程的高效、高质、可靠运行。

任职要求：
1、 机械、电子、管理等专业全日制大专及以上学历；
2、 8年以上质量管理工作经验，5年以上手机、数码电子产品品质管理经验；
3、熟悉工厂品质管理体系，如ISO9001、ISO14001、熟悉SGS等认证；
