The following are requirements…
Understand the Tester area of factory operations very well (where all the product is tested to make sure it working before they ship)
Understand a software package called “Labview”
Has experience managing the Tester area.
Has experience developing or managing development of tester (through third parties)
Understands testing of equipment with Radio (phones, two way radios, Internet devices etc)
Great communication through English both spoken and written
(Is available to travel to one to two weeks to Ireland for Training)
Can work on multiple projects at one time

The following is good to have…
Experience with testing equipment that requires 240V mains to operate
Management of Tester Team
Understand Bluetooth and Wifi technologies
Can design electronic circuits.
Can layout simple circuits for manufacture (i.e. understands and can generate Gerber files using software)

The following is nice to have…
Has travelled abroad for work before
