Job Responsibilities

? Develop strategic sourcing direction for Semiconductor; lead supplier sourcing/selection activities.

? Build solid relationship with each OEM.

? Lead global price negotiations and quarterly cost review with suppliers.

? Continue to improve supplier performance through supplier management and improvement plans.

? Perform periodic business reviews with key suppliers.

? Lead and drive works cross function teams.

? Supplier contract negotiation and signature.

? Crisis management.

? Support escalations like: shortage, push out, quality issue etc.

Skills/Qualifications

? Electronics engineering degree.

? Comprehensive semiconductor supply chain experience and understanding.

? Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor technologies, industry and market trends.

? Analytical, problem solving skill and communication skill.

? Verbal and written English is Mandatory.
