职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities:

? Sustain existed production cells to deliver output on time in high-level quality
? Design new process considering capacity, takt time, quality, line balancing. Transfer new products from Development department into mass production smoothly.
? Create and update work instructions (SOPs), specifications, and other controlled documents following ISO requirements. Provide training to operators.
? Analyze and resolve quality issues in production cells together with Quality department and maintenance team
? Analyze and handle complaints, returns from customers together with Quality department with Quality department and maintenance team
? Design, implement and validate new machines, fixtures, jigs
? Optimize process, machines, fixtures and layout to enhance productivity and output basing on LEAN thinking and time study

Required skills/experience:

? Education in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, electrical, automation or related). Knowledge of automation such as PLC application is preferred.
? Minimum 3 year experience of production engineering as Production/Process/Industrial/Equipment engineer
? Fluent in verbal and written English
