职位描述：

Summary:
Our Finance HIPO program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the duration of which will be 3 years. The main purpose of this program is to find a person who is highly motivated and highly mobile.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Rotate job in each accounting function (GUI, Debtor, Creditors, GL) for 18 months.
• Rotate job in regional finance team for another 18 months.
• Learn knowledge and skills for competency development to be professional.
• Take challenging projects or tasks guided by mentor to demonstrate professional potential of further development.
• Identify strength and development space for future positions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder with graduation in Y2016 or Y2017. High potential candidates with 1-3 years working experience are also considerable.
• Majored in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration or related is preferred.
• Self-disciplined and Self-motivated, highly mobile and dynamic, willing to work under pressure.
• With quick learning ability, team spirit and likable personality.
• Down to earth, and willing to work in Finance function for long time.
