职位描述：
主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
1、Target groups profile 主要工作内容
利用通过多方面的媒体数据来定位DS目标用户群Use any data (from Social Media, Media BHS, NCBS or DMS) to continuously refine the profile of DS target groups
2、 产品调研 Product Research
？ 新产品研究、上市投放以及市场销售反馈等调研活动的计划制订、执行和监督 Develop, implement and supervise the researching activity planning for new product research, launch and marketing sales.
？ 竞争产品销售量、市场份额和销售区域流向信息收集 Collect the information of competitor sales, market share and regional sales flow.
？ 竞争产品价格制定及变动策略信息收集 Develop the competitor pricing and collect the information of alteration strategy.
？ 汽车行业市场竞争状况 The marketing competitive situation of auto field.
3、 品牌调研 Brand Research
？ 品牌跟踪调研、品牌健康度调研Brands follow researching. Brand Health Study follow up
？ 竞争产品品牌策略及变动信息跟踪Competitor's brand strategy and alteration information following.
？ 与广告、促销和公关办公室合作，收集竞争品牌广告宣传和公关活动的策略Cooperate with the ad, promotion and PR office; collect the competitors' strategies of ad promotion and PR activity.
4、销售漏斗分析Funnel analysis
与其他部门一起对于销售漏斗进行细节分析Lead detailed funnel analysis with all departments in order to track marketing performance from Media to Sales
5、负责沟通协调市场行动计划Coordinate Marketing Action Plan setting by leading the work throughout the organization
6、预算控制 Budget control


任职条件/Qualifications:
1、 在汽车调研与营销领域有3年以上工作经验，有合资企业背景优先；3 years working experiences in marketing research field in auto industry, and JV experience is preferred;
2、 汽车专业或市场营销本科或以上学历Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Auto or Marketing ；
3、 出色的英语口头与书面交流技能，四级及其以上水平 Excellent English oral and written communication skills，pass CET-4 or above
4、 熟悉各品牌汽车产品、有丰富行业资源；Familiar with auto brands and industry resources;
5、 有至少3年团队管理经验，特别是项目管理经验。3-year management experience is required, especially in study leading and project coordination 举报 分享
