Responsibilities :
1 Lead a small team of Design Quality engineers and technician to verify bill of materials, PCB layout and schematics for ODM projects
2 Review the electronics and mechanical drawings, feedback to design team for improvement
3 Review the customers' requirements and product specification, come up with QRS plan and conduct the testing based on the plan. Publish the QRS test results to design team and seek for improvement based on the QRS test results
4 Assist design team to perform tests related to external agencies
5 Verify the test plan with respect to product specification along with Testing Development Engineer (TDE). Asst respective QA and TDE in tester qualification and buyoff for ODM projects
6 Develop supplier quality acceptance criteria along with design team
7 Support to identify design weakness based on the previous product family experience in mass production which could cause quality and reliability problem and feedback design team for improvement. Liaise with respective QA to get knowledge on this if the previous product family is already in mass production
8 Support design validation test, monitor quality issues and seek for corrective action from design team
9 Liaise with the software team to verify the bugs to be rectified
10 Follow up design limitation during avlidation along with design team and ensure the limitations are addressed before the product is transferred to mass production
11 Work with factory QA team on the initial builds to understand design quality issues and puch design team to fix the problems
12 Support design team to study the MTBF prediction with the available software
13 Drive design team to close all the design issues before MVT
Requirement :
1 Bachelor degreee in Electronic Engineering is a must
2 Minimum 8 years R&D or design quality experience in application products
3 Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putoghua
4 Good communication and interpersonal skills
5 Required to work in Lo Wu office, Shenzhen
