职位描述：
Responsibility/工作职责：
1、 负责创意设计团队管理工作，包括产品平面设计、网页设计、UI界面设计、UX交互设计、工业设计等管理及协调工作；
2、 负责官网、产品、广告风格视觉创意设计，对整体布局进行改善提升，全面提升产品视觉效果；
3、 负责产品展示的创意构思及执行，产品卖点以及公司销售方案相关平面设计，商品描述的美化工作；
4、负责组织各阶段的图纸审核，项目的设计变更对接，并参与项目总体设计进度管理，整体把控项目各阶段图纸质量管理和设计流程总控；
5、负责管理设计团队的日常工作，协调与其他部门的工作，统筹及组织解决工作中出现的专业设计问题；
6、完成上级领导交代的其他事情。
Qualification/任职要求：
1、全日制视觉设计本科以上学历，有海外留学或工作经历者优先考虑；
2、5年以上设计管理工作经验，有平面设计、网页设计、UI界面设计、UX交互设计、管理背景优先；
3、精通各类设计软件，有较好的审美观、设计创造力，并能掌握设计潮流趋势发展；
4、具备较好的英语听说读写能力，具备与国外设计资源配合与沟通的能力；
5、有较强的统筹能力、项目推进能力、沟通协调能力强，逻辑思维清晰以及较强的管理能力。 举报 分享

Immotor China (Shenzhen Immotor Technology Co.,Ltd) was founded on Dec. 1st, 2015 and it was registered in the Bao’an District, Shenzhen.
