职位描述：
Position Overview

The primary responsibilities of the Ghana Program Chinese Teacher are to 1) drive program marketing and sales, 2) communicating program expectations and requirements to students and parents, 3) support the Ghana Program Team and program goals, and 4) be a leader and role model for the students and partners of the Ghana Program. Each of these responsibilities is critical to the smooth operation of the Ghana Program.

Skills and Competencies

Professional Language and Communication
Must have fluent professional Chinese. Be proficient in written and spoken English. Must be able to send and receive professional emails, to representatives of schools such as professors and staff at Columbia University, Yale University, and diplomatic staff such as officers at the Chinese Embassy in Accra. Must be able to communicate clearly with parents and students and be comfortable making presentations.
Attention to detail and Responsibility
Must be able to guide students through a complex application process for the Ghanaian visa. Help set and meet team deadlines for program-critical goals.
Marketing and Sales Drive
Must have prior sales and marketing experience. Will be the driving force to develop marketing and sales materials and channels. This includes articulating sales points and drafting content for WeChat posts, website, training presentations, flyers, and otherwise.
Problem Solving and Tenacity
Must not give up easily. When facing challenges, anticipates obstacles, identifies and evaluates pros and cons of solutions, and result-oriented.
Personal Integrity and Development
Must become familiar with core program concepts and knowledge including literature on social entrepreneurship and teaching. Must uphold core AIC and program values in making sales. 举报 分享
