Responsibilities:
The program management officer (PM) is responsible for managing the projects from RFQ stage through to mass production for some of the world’s leading premium and high volume brands.
He or she should posses the following core competencies:
? Be independent and fully accountable to manage the project from sales through to manufacturing
? Drive for results to deliver commitment for customers on schedule, quality and cost
? Influencing skill with the ability to build strong, credible relationships with project team and customers
? Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills
? Complex problem solving skill under difficult situation (involving tradeoffs) based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment
? Good decision-making under tight deadlines and pressure;
? Manage customer satisfaction. (with timely response and excellent customer support)
? Able to track project progress, report variances and bring the project back on target
? Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
The PM must understand a central objective is to achieve long term customer loyalty through exceptional product development and to ensure a long-term business relationship by being efficient with high quality.

The PM should exhibit good working knowledge of project management from RFQ to mass production. They also should have significant working experience with the introduction of new electronic or audio products to production.

Required Experience and skills:
? 3 or more years of project management in CE industry.
? Degree in business or engineering discipline
? Excellent communication skills
? Fluency in English (minimum CET6 or equivalent)
? Excellent teamwork in a highly dynamic project environment
